When your product is with the carriers they will wish to call you in advance to arrange delivery and therefore a daytime telephone number is required when ordering. This may be a landline and / or mobile. The only exception to this are Spin dryers where they are sent by a courier who will leave a calling card if you are out when delivery is attempted. You can then simply re-arrange delivery.
